 James
W. (Bill) Thames, CPA, has over 33 years of experience in public
accounting including auditing, tax preparation and planning, financial
statement presentation, forecasts and projections, budgeting and accounting
software. He has extensive knowledge and experience in Medicare and Medicaid
reimbursement and has spoken nationally on Medicaid Case Mix Reimbursement.
He has served as past vice-chairman of the
Mississippi Case Mix Reimbursement Committee. Currently he serves on the
Mississippi Medicaid Long Term Care workgroup, and as a reimbursement adviser
to the Mississippi Health Care Association. He completed a bachelor's
degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting at The
University of Southern Mississippi. Bill's hometown is Magee,
Mississippi.
